question: how do i know when my order will ship?
answer: orders will ship between 1-3 business days., wholesale orders will ship within 7-10 business days. business days do not include weekends or holidays. please keep this in mind when placing your order. once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
question: what is your return policy?
answer: unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any reason. if an item arrives damaged/defective, please send us an email with your order information and accompanying photos so that we can make it right. you can email us at support@xilaribeauty.com with any order questions or concerns.
